Complaint: Back in December 2001, I received a quote from Maaco in Alexandria, Virginia for repainting my car. Recently, I heard they aired a special on the radio, offering the same service at 50% off! I contacted the Maaco location and inquired about it. First they told me it is not true, then they said it would mean lower grade paint and they would not recommend it, but as I did not feel I was getting a straightforward answer to my question and asked a bit further, I was shouted at that I sould “stop talking and listen”” to him! Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from MAACO. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
