Complaint: I am blessed to see an email from you!! This is the first email I am receiving from you. I know that there will be some wear and tear on the brakes and the vehicles, but can you explain to me why the paint was put on the wires so that the corrosion on the battery cannot been seen. Is this not a corrupt practice you guys are best in. So why in the hell I will bring my junk Toyota to you guys for any other service where I know for sure that when you take the vehicles in for service you do not do the full service you say you do on the check list, but charge the full amount. My last oil change at your station I had this experience where you said that Windshield liquid has been filled but I had to buy an fill it after two days. Can you explain this to me as why any one in this world would get service from you where you do not even complete the basic service. I trust Mr Joe Body Shop and lube center more that your dealerships. I am never bringing my Scrap Metel Toyota to you as it will get even worse when you guys do service !!
