I placed an order for scrubs. I filled out the billing address AND shipping address (which are different). I found out my shipment went to my billing address. Customer service stated they ONLY had my billing address in the system, which is where my package went. Ever since I tracked my package as delivered, I had someone check my (old) address to pick it up. It was never delivered. Customer service at Marcus Uniforms stated that it “was not their problem””. I believe this order was under $30.00. NOT their problem???? Is it mine???? It is MY problem that I placed an order

and now I have nothing
except a debit from my account??? Please avoid the hassles and place an order from scubs from another company. I know everyone won’t have the same experience
but why buy from a company that you now KNOW may tell you that
