I ordered two mp3 tapes from MP3Prohypnosis, and soon received an email with a link where I can download the items. You get 4 days or 3 tries to download the product, and then link expires. I didn’t have a problem with that. I really liked the tapes and I bought one more, but I did not receive en email. I thought it is just delayed so I didn’t think much of it and bought one more tape. However, with both tapes I waited and waited. And I did not get any email or link to the tapes. I would like to stress again that when I did my original purchases both emails came though. And then, with 3rd and 4th purchase, nothing! I have sent numerous emails to admin but have yet to hear back from them. Complete silence from their side! Since the money was taken from the account, but I did not receive items, I consider it a ripoff! This is the first time I have ever filed a complaint against a company, and I never thought I would be making such drastic steps, usually when I am unhappy I just let it fly. I don’t know if the problem is: 1) emails going to my spam folder, although I did check them, and if 1st and 2nd letter came thought, I am not sure that 3rd and 4th would end up blocked or 2) It was something on their end, purposely done or an accident, I feel that at least they should take time to respond to customers who say they have not received their items. After all, it is not like you have to ship out another item and it is double cost, we are talking about giving a link to two downloads when you can see from financial records I have paid for them, and, since they count the times downloaded, they can see that items have not been downloaded. Be aware!
