Complaint: In Aug of 2003 we purchased the vehicle from Mullinax Ford. The vehicle leaked the first week we owned the vehicle and we took it back and told them we did not want the vehcile. The salesman said they would find us another vehicle of comparable value and gave us a loaner car. Two weeks later the salesman called and said the sunroof was fixed in the Jeep and summoned us to come and get it until they could find us another vehicle. A few days later, Isabelle hit and the Jeep was again drenched on the inside, this time I returned it and spoke with the used car sales manager. He sent me on my way with a loaner vehcile and said they still hadn’t found another vehicle but they were still looking! A few weeks went by again and I was summoned to come and get the jeep “It was fixed according to the dealership””. Within a few days the sunroof was leaking again! This time I had the loaner for a month. I quit dealing with the salesman (who by the way is my brother that no longer works there). I went directly to the used car manager to find out he had been demoted and replaced by a new person. Well

Address: the new used car manager said that the reason they could not find us another car was because the auctions “”dry up”” around the holidays and there just wasn’t much to choose from. The Jeep was returned for leaks 6 times in the 6 months that we have owned it. After finding another Jeep at their Wiclif store

Website: when you hit a bump there was a crunching noise. I told the general manager of the problems and he said to make a list and he would take care of it when we brought it in for the new sunroof. Next thing you know I was told I was not getting a new sunroof so I went to the repair shop and they told me one should never have been put in this vehicle and they would not guarantee anything. Mullinax was able to purchase a 90 day guarantee on the piece of rubber and silicone the repair shop put on the roof of my car. I spoke with the general manager

Phone: I became enraged and called the general manager. He knew nothing of them replacing our vehicle and had just approved a new sunroof to be installed in it. In the 6 months that we have owned the car we haven’t had it but while driving it back and forth noticed that it was starting hard
