This company exists only to nickel and dime you. Many items are not allowed to be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. This leaves you out of luck if the item does not fit or if it is defective. Even if you find an item that is eligible for exchange, the timeframe is very narrow and limited. MyHabit shipped me the wrong item. They denied me a refund because I made the request a day after the 14 day window, and did not want to make an exception. Then if you happen to qualify for a refund at this point, MyHabit does not issue true refunds — I can only obtain store credit. And even that store credit is reduced by the cost of return shipping. Don’t support this company or its deceptive, anti-consumer policies.
