NCO financial is trying to collect $4802 for JC Penneys. In 2005, we filed bankrupcy and JCP was notified but did not respond. Now they are trying to collect thru this NCO even though I have sent them case#’s and attorney name but they consistantly badger us. They are even sending mail to my former employer.
