They purposely delay DVD’s to only let me get one DVD a week. At that rate I can go to the redbox and get some for only $1 each. They also are somewhat scratched and the popular DVD’s skip at the good parts. nWhen you try to complain on the website that the DVD wasn’t received-it won’t let you until the week is up. I read bad reiews about them before signing up but thought I would give it a try and maybe they fixed their problems. They didn’t-only became more sneaky about finding loopholes and developed a system to make sure you can’t ever really get what you paid for and lead you to believe it is the mails fault. nHow can DVD’s be returned the next day to them but when it is early in the week they hold it for 2-3 days later so it is impossible to get 2/week. I had the 10.99 deal and am going to find another service. nAll the other complaints were totally accurate.
