After several attempts thru their website, just got computer generated response that my purchase was outside the 30 day window for replacing s defective Steelers clock. It sounds loud, suppose to be a silent sweeping second hand. It’s definitely far from that. It’s very loud, it stops, and starts back up again just as loud. My first Steelers clock lasted for years, but this one didn’t make it 60 days. It’s unbelievable that a huge company like NFLSHOP.COM will not even consider doing the right thing for a customer. Guess that don’t need me as a customer anymore? But I will be spreading the word on their non responsiveness. Computer generated reply. What ever happened to customer service, every thing isn’t always black and white. But how would a computer know that? I will never purchase a NFL item again. Guess they think they do not need to consider every customer, news flash- without customers, you have no business. Customer service via a computer, have we really gotten to this point? Unbelievable! They must adhere to the front office of the NFL corporate culture. Too Big to Fail. News flash, lots of banks have the same culture and we all know how that turned out mid 2000’s. Time to hit social media…..
