On March 15th 2010 I purchased a t-shirt on www.nyshirt.com. They charged my credit card for $45. The next day, on March 16th, I got an e-mail that said: order status has been changed to “awaiting shipment””.When my status hadn’t changed after a couple of weeks
I sent them an e-mail through their online form. I didn’t get any response. So I sent another e-mail. And another. And another. I sent out at least 6 e-mails
all without response. Then
all of the sudden
on July 12th 2010 I got an e-mail that said: order status has been changed to “”completed””. So now the order is “”completed”” and I still don’t have my t-shirt and I lost my $45.I sent them another e-mail about this
