I ordered shoes in June, knowing I was moving mid July. Received them in about 2 days but they were the wrong size. Sent them back. 2 weeks later had not gotten replacement. Contacted the store by phone and by email. I received on July 7 a confirmation of change from return to refund. I moved the weekend of July 13 946 miles away. On July 17, I got an email asking if my pre-order question had been answered. I emailed back saying what question? We cancelled the order. On the 19th I was sent an email saying my shoes had been shipped and sure enough I was billed 85.00 8 emails and 2 BBB complaints later, nothing from them except, can you go get the shoes and return them????
