Complaint: I completed an internet order to this company on 12/20/2002. the parts ordered were for a new beetle, these included fog lights and bumper. I finally recieved the fog lights in Feburary, but I was continually told that the bumper cover was backordered and was expected to be delievered at any time. I continued to check the status of the parts (I’m too patient) hoping for a shipment. Also, the cost of shipping for parts was very high. I was finally told in August that I would recieve a refund in October. I also was given a conformation #, I still have not recieved a refund. As I write this note I have been put on hold yet again, by Pauline. I have spoken to Cedcila, and Robert in the past, but I have never spoken to Steve as he is always in meetings or does not pick up the phone. I would love to know how to get my 100 bucks back from these guys, but from other reports I have read I am in better shape than others. Please do not order ANYTHING from this company.
