Complaint: I would have given then 5 stars, but the billing practices are not only flawed, they are unethical. You send them an email, it will cost you a 100bucks to read. If they are explaining you the billing policy, they will include the time in your billing that they spent to explain. And to add insult to the injury, they will charge you to explain why they billed you for something that they should not have. That said, the lawyer/attorney I was assigned was top notch, totally on the ball and got me the best possible outcome, but here is the kicker… The case was over, all dues were paid, I just got another bill for time frivolously marked spent on something that was already closed and settled. I am not only going to fight this, but also going to expose their frivolous billing practices to as many a possible. This is unreal. Please be forwarned.
