I placed an order through this company “prepalicious.”” I contact the seller via facebook and email in August 2013. She took my order and sent me an invoice vis paypal. She told me a few of the items were on back order until Octover 7

2013. I contact her in September to check on the progress of order via email and facebook message. She responded and said they should be here soon and would be shipped. I tried to citact the seller again at the beginning of October. The website was closed as well as the facebook acct. I paid upfront $200 on paypal. Now that it is 45 days past my paypal payment

I cannot dispute. Which is obviously what this seller had in mind. Not only am I out $200

but several Christmas gifts for my children!”
