Complaint: Do Not Rent From Primack. Worse. Company. Ever!!! Unprofessional. THREATENS LITIGATION! I just got off the phone with Debbie Primack’s assistant, Pricilla. I asked to simply schedule a phone call to discuss my client’s extenuating circumstance but was denied a scheduled time. My client wanted to resolve a payment issue and made several attempts to make arrangements to speak to someone in person via phone (no return call), via email (no response), and in person at the office (which he was told Mrs. Primack was not available). These evasive tactics are often employed by those evading legal action or criminals. If the shoe fits. Priscilla was very defensive, evasive and aggressive and wanted more information about me but I simply wanted to schedule an appointment. This company WILL seek litigation for late payments even if with attempts (and I mean, attempts, they will not talk to tenants) to make arrangements. The property in question is not taken care of and safety is always an issue. Property is not secure. Glass in the parking lots and transient people walking by the front doors. Bottom line: If you are an owner, do not use this company. Your tenants will not be happy with their horrible customer service and unhappy tenants will not care for your property. If you are a renter, do not rent from this company. They will do minimal work for the property management, disregard your concerns especially for security and they will charge you more than the amount of rent for late payments and threatening litigation.
