I first saw Business Owner/Designer Rashard Gentle designs online via Instagram and also notice we had a mutual friend which turned out to be his sister….On December 07 2014, I purchased a u201cBlack Leather and Lace Body Suitu201d Custom Ordered from the website www.justdramatik.com for $125.00, I send my payment through PayPal along with my measurements. Since the product I ordered was custom ordered I understand it would take approximately 10 days according to the website. I’ve contacted the Business Owner (Rashard Gentle) numerous times about not receiving my product through various methods (text, Instagram, Email, by phone, text and phoned his sister since she is a mutual friend of mine). Each time the Business Owner would say “I am still working on the product”” “”remember it is custom ordered””. On 20 December the Business Owner sister contact me on behalf of him to let me know he ran out of material to make the product I ordered and they will need to alter the “”top”” somewhat. I was fine with altering the product to the designs they showed me through InstaGram. I contacted the Owner several times using the same methods as stated above and again was given the run around. On 23 December I travel to New York. Since I was in the same vicinity as the Business I contacted the Owner and told him “” where I were and I can picked up the product directly from him the next day”” He replied with “” that will be no problem””. The next day I called him he did not answer his phone
finally I texted him and he apologized and said he will send me a tracking number once he shipped it to my address in Texas. 29 December 2014 I received a tracking number for the product. I returned home from New York on the 31 December and the product was waiting for me at the front door. Once I open the packet I was disappointed right away
the product was not what I initially ordered
and it was a totally different design minus the alteration. I try the top on and it did not fit
even though this was a custom order and my measurements was given to the Owner same day as payment was sent. Immediately I contacted the Owner with my disappointments and sizing of the product
