We ordered a couch from raymour flanigan (order 08230w2ifdg) on august 23 2020. A customer care person called and said that the couch would be ready for pick up on sept 4th or 5th. As we got closer to the date I called and was told it was definately coming in on those dates and to expect a text message. The dates came and went with no contact, I called in again on the 7th and was promised it was to be delivered in 2 days time, no later than the 10th. Again the date came and went with no contact. I called in again on the 10th and again was promised it was coming. By the 11th still no news. I called in again and was rudely told it was now expected on october 3rd. And if I didnt like it to cancel. They wasted numerous days of my time as I was waiting to hear from them to collect the couch, they repeatedly lied to me about promised delivery dates and their attitude overall has been one of could not care less. Seeing all the feedback on facebook I think all their customers are facing this. I do not believe that they will deliver the couch in october. They have already taken payment for an item, that as far as I can see from my expereince they have no intention of delivering for who knows how long. Their service has been shocking. I want someone to contact me immediately from raymour with actual information and a correct delivery date. I want that person to also have a better atitude than tough luck, deal with it.
