We are a small boutique who picked up the Rendezvous Candle line at Americas Mart in Atlanta in 2014. We placed a couple of orders and did receive one shipment of merchandise. We were charged for that order and also an ADDITIONAL $475 worth of merchandise we never received. We have tried MULTIPLE times to contact them via phone and email with no response. We did however get a hold of Ethan on 4/6/15, who stated that they did refund our credit card and would email the receipt to us…never happened. We had a suspicion that they were screening calls, so we did call back with a cellphone and low and behold, Ethan answered. When he found out who it was, he hung up…TWICE! We are beyond FRUSTRATED and wanted to make other store owners/buyers aware of the situation, so they will think twice about buying their products.
