We made the mistake of buying a low lux camera system from this company. We made numerous calls to their sales staff and their tech support people in advance of placing our order. Unfortunately we didn’t see all of the other web complaints against this company before placing our order. The other online complaints would have been enough to convince us never to deal with this company. In our calls to tech support about focal lengths and best cameras for our application they advised us about ordering additional lenses to swap out. We mistakenly followed their advice. It turns out that the lenses in the cameras we bought are fixed and cannot be replaced. We bought 3 lenses and now customer service denies that tech support would ever give us incorrect advice or would even talk to us without an order number however, conveniently – they don’t record tech support calls so there is no proof. Needless to say they won’t take the lenses back. So we probably won’t get our money back but we will file complaints against these people on every single complaint website we can find. And that’s not all. After installing the camera system the video quality was nowhere near the quality shown on the screen captures on their website. So a picture of a picture (their video on their website viewed on our monitor) looks better than our video from a camera 20 ft away from our monitor. I can come to no other conclusion than they sold us a different (inferior) camera system than the one they claim captured the video on their site. Their software interface is terribly cumbersome. Total waste of money. Would have been better off flushing the $700 down the toilet and avoiding the middle man. Be very careful before buying a video camera system from these people.
