I attempted to place an online order back in february 2010. I never received an order so I finally cancelled it in May ( I think) it’s been so long that it’s hard to keep track. I e-mailed several times & attempted calling several times to find out what was going on, they rarely answer their phone & never respond to e-mails. I was told they only give credit on accounts, I don’t understand that since I never got what I ordered & even when I have gotten an order it takes months & I get broken items. I talked to my bank because ut does not make sense that they can keep my money & never send anything. The bank said the policy of no refunds makes it so that they cannot do anything. So I attempted to place another order on May 7th through e-mail. I did not use the website because it made me give a credit card number & I am not giving them anymore of MY MONEY!!! I have yet to hear back & it is June!!! So I get nothing, they keep $136.20 of MY money & don’t bother contacting me at all. Sound illegal to me. I should have known better than to trust them again. They sent a chameleon to North Dakota, anybody with common sense would request the box be held at the post office, nope not them. They have the bets prices but it isn’t worth it because you’ll never get what you order, no explanation or customer service either. After I get my money or supplies I will not be ordering from them ever again, I have learned my lesson.
