I have two ringlys…one that I purchased directly from their website and one that I received from a friend. when I had an issue with the one I purchased from them, customer service happily processed an exchange since they could late my order number. Unfortunately, inhave an issue with the other one. Because they cannot find an order number associated with my email address, they refuse to help me!!!!! this is ridiculous given this scenario will happen more and more as they continue to grow. Because of my recent situation, I would not recommend a future purchase nail they update their service policy (which on the site d not revenue anything about what to donehen you get one of these as a gift!!!!).
