Rosegal customer service has proven themselves completely incompetent. They have no simple problem solving skills; I ordered two bathing suits, the first one had a loose button which I can handle so I didnt quite view that as an issue, but the second one pissed me off and I wasnt upset until I emailed their customer service. I sent in a polite and practical request on how to fix the issue with my bathing suit. The suit didnt fit right at the top so I was hoping to hear the options I had to resolve the issue. I asked if they could send a smaller top and ill send back my top the response I got back was unbelievable. They told me to send the suit to a friend as a gift and ill get 4 dollars for compensation fees like are you f*g kidding me and then proceeded to say you could ship it back but shipping fees are very very high but said nothing about sending me a smaller top was that to much to ask like I dont get it so im stuck with a bathing suit that the top doesnt fit what a waste not to mention I dont have firends so that was the opposite of helpful.
