PLACED THE ORDER AND PAID FOR IT ON NOV. 9TH 2004. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE IT ON THE 13TH. DAMAGED, WE GOT IT THE 19TH. REORDERED AND GOT DAMAGED GOODS ON THE 24TH. RECEIVED ANOTHER DAMAGED ORDER ON THE 29TH. DEMANDED REFUND ON THE 30TH NO RETURNED CALL FROM JACKIE IN “REFUNDS””. LEFT MESSAGE AT EXT. 202 “”THE OWNER””
