This company is the absolute WORST! I asked them specifically if they would have an order to me by 12/16 and told them I did not want to order if it wasn’t here in time, even wanted to pay extra for expedited shipping. after being assured it would specifically be in AZ on 12/16, I spent my money. My tracking info just stayed at “en route to DHL sorting facility”” since 12/13

which means they just created a tracking #

but it had not left their facility. I contacted them multiple times via their “”livechat”” since they don’t answer their customer service # and was told it was back ordered but was being sent out 12/14

then 12/17

then 12/19 and yesterday
