It has been six months, and my mom gave me a Laptop from Safe National of America. It was doing well when Iu2019ve spotted something Iu2019m not so very happy about. The battery can only last for about 30 minutes. So I have it checked with the technician and he said, perhaps I could have the battery replaced from Safe because after all, it had some warranty or something. But when we have it seen there, they said they only entertain problems that occurred within the 90-day policy. So thatu2019s technically shoving us aside. Weu2019re like customers here and theyu2019re just insanely ignoring us. Itu2019s that their way of treating customers. Does that mean they have to be nice only when you purchase and when it goes beyond the crappy 90 day policy, theyu2019d have to treat customers as if theyu2019re some kind of aliens or something? Wow, thatu2019s new. Considering, we used to buy there. Let me guess, theyu2019re being just chicken in facing complaints because theyu2019ve been really receiving a lot of them lately. Thatu2019s two thumbs down, Iu2019m outta here, and Iu2019ll never be a fool for that store ever again. Thereu2019d be no next time. And as for the battery, to hell with them. Not for a second would I give it a fight, Iu2019ve already wasted my time, wonu2019t waste another second of it.
