I placed an order on sammydress.com back in Jan of 2015. I ordered 2 sweaters and 1 purse and of course paid for shipping, but because I did not pay additional for tracking insurance. I have not received my merchandise. I have contacted support on numerous times trying to get my merchandise ordered, was sent a picture of a package that I could not tell if it was addressed to me or not. Was told that it was my responsiblity to track my own package. I notified support that it is not my responsiblity and as a consumer it was their responsiblity to find their merchandise and to find out why I had not received my order. There has been numerous communication emails from Jan – Apr. And was not several different reasons why I had not received my order. I was told to wait, I was told that it was sent, I was told that I would be refunded, I was told to be patient and I was told that becasue I did not take out insurance that I would only get $20 when I spent $40. Was told because I had not take out insurance that shipping would not be refunded to me. This company has acted in a gross manner when it comes to our US practices in mailing product through US mail. It is considered mail fraud which is punishable by law in the US prison time. I wish for anyone who wishes to order from this company – PLEASE DON’T, you may or may not get your order. And if you don’t get your order, you won’t get a full refund. This company also participates in affiliates programs, all of which should be notified, becasue of their gross practice of business.
