I ordered a pair of boots online from Shoecall.com. They were too small and I wanted to exchange them for a larger size. I fill out the exchange form on their website. The website says I will get an email with an RMA#. I did get an email but there was no RMA # and no address to send the boots to. I called several different days and the phone rang until it finally disconnected everytime. I emailed to their support and did not receive a reply. The only concrete return info I had was from the company that supplied the boots to Shoecall. This info was on the shipping label on the box. After telling them my story they agreed to exchange the boots. Shoecall was happy to take my money but then ran and hid behind what looked like a legitimate website after the sale.
