I spent 19.90 on a DVD from Silverage Films on Nov 6, 2013 and i never received the DVD. I emailed twice with no response. Once on nov 11 asking for a tracking number and then I emailed again in response to an email they sent me stating they were giving me a refund. I didn’t ask for a refund and now that im doing this i should’ve never purchased from them. i emailed them back to see what was going on i never got a response. I still haven’t received a refund back to my credit card.
