Complaint: first I did a internet search and s&j contacted me july 12 and told me they had the part in front of them looking right at it and it was real clean and black, then 2 days after that s&j called me and asked me the color, this was something I made sure we both knew the first time. then a few days after that I called and asked about the part and I was on hold for awhile and talked to a few different people, then scott told me it was coming from texas, now July 31, I get the wrong part from florida not texas I get lucky. not s&j fault but I talked with the wrecking yard in florida and asked about the condition of the part that I paid for, and the man told me it was cracked, now this is a headlight assy, cant have crack’s, I told him to keep it. they in florida got their wrong part back on aug 6. and I contacted s&j july 31 and told scott to kill the deal scott said nothin then I get a answer machine and again I am telling a story, It took me 11 days for jackie at s&j to answer me on aug 11 this was after I talked of legal action, and then tell me they did not know and I will get a credit the first of next week. I at the end of the next week I am told waiting on a supervisor to sign the paperwork. Its now the end of august and I have been getting the runaround about this part since july 12 and now the runaround of the refund.
