My wife purchased 2 expensive pellows (over $100 each retail) and was told that the pellows were made in the USA. Tags outside the product indicated this to be true. However, when you open the product, the first tag you see on the pellow itself is “Made in China””. We do not buy anything made in China and my wife was assured that it was not made in China. In addition
the sales associate told her that if she wasn’t happy with the product
she could return it and get a full refund. The sales person then provided my wife with a sheet highlighting that if not fully satisfied the item could be returned for a full refund. When we brought the pellows back to the store
we were informed that pellows could not be returned. When we told the sales person that the product was misrepresented and that we need our $200.00 refunded
she gave us the number of the company in WI. We called the customer service number and was told that pellow items could only be returned for addition product. Problem is
