they call it as a online boutique,which operates from India(Vijayawada) and USA(Boston).Sisters are involved.I dont have the name of the girl living in USA, but the girl in india says her name is Sathya, her whatsapp and bank acct shows as Suchitra Neelam. Sometimes her sister will respond in fb message, but she wont give her name or ph number I paid them 500 USD, and gave 1 month time for the delivery.After 1 month, she started to give various reasons for not delievry.After 2 months , she said, she hasnt started my order, so will return the money. When we started to not beleive, she blocked me in facebook .This is what going on till now.If I say legal action, then she will reply in whatsapp saying within 2 days the money will be transfered.
