Complaint: I don’t think that I can put accurately into words how infuriated I am with the poor customer service I have had. I purchased a roll pan from the website and when I received it, it didn’t fit. I returned it and was charged $67.00 in shipping charges from Fedex. I called the customer service department to see if I could be reimbursed for the charges. I spoke with a representative who didn’t want to listen to me so i requested a supervisor. I think the supervisor I spoke to was Alex, he gave his name real fast so I really didn’t hear him well. He wouldn’t let me speak and constantly interupted me. He spoke to me condescendingly and said it was my fault that the roll pan would fit over my aftermarket parts. I was told when I ordered that this would fit my truck and if there would be a problem with it fitting over aftermarket parts I should have been told, or at least provided with demisions to make sure. Since I wasn’t getting anywhere on the phone I sent an email to customer service and got the same response. Again I was told that it was my fault the product didn’t fit even though I was assured it would. The product description should have stated that it may not fit over aftermarket exhaust and then I would have checked the demisions before ordering so this wouldn’t have happened. I feel that I was deceived and mislead into buying their product and still request the reimbursement for the shipping charges since it wasn’t my fault that I was not told of possible problems.
