I made a purchase on line. The payment was debited to my AMEX immediately. Two weeks later, I received an email from Rula saying goods were not shipped because the name I used to create the account was not the same as the name on the credit card. Fair enough but their policy states this nowhere (Sometimes I use the credit card with my married name- especially for purchases from USA as it usually works better than VISA). I requested that the $125 be credited back to my AMEX. She replied saying she would do this but it would take three to five days. It didn’t happen. nJulianAucklandNew Zealand
