i ordered a wedding dress online from tidebuy. when the dress finally arrived it did not fit properly, & was sewn wrong. the band that encircles the dress didn’t line up & was falling off. those are easily fixed. the biggie was the 2 different shades of white for the front & back of the dress. & the ivory lining on the white dress which gave the bodice of the dress a yellow hue. we tried calling them but the number listed on their website did not work. they took @10 days to answer my emails & on the 3rd email exchanged they asked for pictures. by this time i was very upset & notified them that i am on a time line as i am getting married at the end of april & this is now the middle of march. they refused to go faster. & then said that i have run out of time to get a refund. i sent the dress back. i want the public to be aware that tide buy will not honor their return policy & deliberatly drags their heels on resolving issues. in addition i believe they mistakes made on the dress were intentional. how else could you explain an ivory lining on a white dress?
