Selling Travel insurance and not providing the refund
My Complaint: We booked a flight and had travel interruption insurance… When approved for the refund we were only allowed to use for flight scheduled through Travelocity for one year. We accepted the terms and when we wanted to schedule our next flight we were put on hold (multiple times by an “agent”) for a cumulative time of 3 hrs and told the only way we can schedule the new trip was to pay $400 ($200/ traveler) for the change… (FYI the round trip tickets for two (2) travelers Bos to IAD were only $273 total. Just to confirm we have a $1,200 “flight credit” and I have waited on the phone with some agent in Maylasia (who barely speaks any recognizable language) and wants me to spend another $400.00 that she says she will refund us once she schedules our new roundtrip flight for $273? There is a serious fraud factor here… I am calling BUL__HIT! This is unbelievable… Please investigate!
My Demand: I want all the refund back and never want to deal with them again!
