Ordered my costume just over two weeks ago received only a portion of my order. Contacted Trendy Halloween Immediately because they didn’t send me the costume only sent me the accessory for my son’s costume. My costume was missing. When I called lady she said the system showed that my order was complete and said she didn’t know why the costume wasn’t sent. I said that on the slip it had a 0 with aline through it. She said she would research and call me back. I waited for 2 hours for a return phone call because I needed to re-order my costume fast if they didn’t have it because I have a Halloween party to go to on October 25, 2013. I called back and spoke to a gentleman who put me on hold and said they were out of the costumer I ordered. He offered me a refund but I wouldnt even get the credit for 48-72 hours. He said he could re-order something else for me, but after being sold a costume that wasn’t even available I decided to take my business elsewhere. Had I know that they didnt have my costume I would have cancelled the entire order and got my son’s accessory somewhere else instead of waiting for something that never came. The shipping is slow so just because you order a costume it doesn’t mean it’s in stock. If you do order you may want to contact them to ensure it’s in stock!
