SportingDogMart refuses to correspond or issue refund. Returned item for full refund of $386.91. Item has been received by returns department per USPS tracking on 12/5 as authorized by department. Company will not respond to emails and was constantly redirected during phone call attempts. This company appears to not want to issue a refund. Worst online service I have ever encountered. This appears to be a common practice with this company, based on other reviews around the web. To add, I have emailed multiple departments listed on company’s website with no answer whatsoever. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to initiate a PayPal refund! I have filed a claim with the BBB and PayPal. Do not use this company or it’s subsidiaries. You will wish you hadn’t!!
