Complaint: I purchased a Ford TW5 tractor from Vance Thomas, paid in full on Feb 10,2016 and have not recieved my tractor. After several weeks of promising to get the tractor delivered Vance decided he would deliver the tractor himself. After a week of empty promises and one excuse after another and going so far as to say he was on the way, he conviently had truck trouble in GA. When I asked him where in GA he was stranded he never returned another text and blocked my number. I had a trucking company call to get the location of the tractor so it could be picked up and he told them he would call them back and when he didn’t call them back they tried him and he had blocked there number also. Bottom line is this guy is a scam artist,stay away!!!!!
