On December 12th 2011 I approached watchbrokers.com to sell my Breitling Navitimer. It was sent to them, they confirmed receiving it. They then sent me an email classifying it as a different brand. I asked them to merely send it back. Now I cant get them to answer the phone, reply to an email or anything. They are holding my $7,000 family heirloom hostage. They are basically crooks, theives and liars. The funny thing is, when you call and hit the option for customer service you get a voicemail, but if you put in the option to sell a watch someone answers. Then you ask to speak to the rep that you first spoke with and guess what, they no longer work there. I dont know what to do……….
