Complaint: I purchased a used suburban with the condition of the sale and the understand from the dealer that the clunking noise would be repaired in December, 2001 when the part arrived from GM. It is now August,2002 and I have been told by the general manager and the service manager that GM is not making the part in the near future or ever. The dealer has told me that thay dont know what to do or how to repair the noise??? I traided in a park av on this deal , I returned in december and my park av was still there I asked if I could reverse the sale I was told no, sorry but you are stuck with the suburban We would be happy to sell your old car back to you for $2,000 more than we bought it for. What a nice place to shop. The dealer just opened a new car store with some of my money Charlie Laurel, Maryland
